Digital Millennium Copyright Act — Copyright Infringement Notice & Takedown Procedures
1. Introduction
IPTV UK ("ptvmerch.uk", "we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of our service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the full text of which is available on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond promptly to legitimate claims of copyright infringement that are reported through the proper channels outlined below.
IPTV UK does not host, store, archive, or distribute media content of any kind. Our service acts as a technical intermediary that facilitates access to content available through third-party sources on the internet, which is entirely outside of our control. We respect the rights of copyright holders and are committed to addressing valid infringement claims in a timely and appropriate manner.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorised to act on behalf of a copyright owner, and you believe that content accessible through our service infringes upon your copyrighted work, you may submit a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA Notice, we will take appropriate action at our sole discretion, which may include the removal of or disabling access to the material identified in the notice.
3. DMCA Notice Requirements
To submit a valid notice of copyright infringement, your notification must contain all of the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If your notice covers multiple works, you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works affected.
- Identification of the specific material or link that you claim is infringing, including sufficient detail to allow us to locate it (e.g., a specific URL, stream reference, or playlist identifier — simply providing a channel name is not sufficient).
- Your full name, company affiliation (if applicable), postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement declaring: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- A statement declaring: "The information contained in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or am authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly being infringed."
- Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted or made available through our service was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification ("Counter-Notice") to our Designated Copyright Agent at the address above.
Your Counter-Notice must contain the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the judicial district where your address is located (or, if outside the United Kingdom, any judicial district in which IPTV UK may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original infringement notice or their agent.
Please be aware that we may share a copy of your Counter-Notice with the party who submitted the original DMCA claim.
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and our internal policies, it is our practice, in appropriate circumstances, to disable access to and/or terminate the accounts of users who are identified as repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
6. Good Faith & Misrepresentation
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be held liable for damages, including legal costs and solicitors' fees. We encourage all parties to carefully consider whether the content in question constitutes infringement before submitting a claim.
7. Our Commitment
IPTV UK is committed to operating responsibly and respecting intellectual property rights. We encourage all users to use our service in compliance with applicable laws. For more information about how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy. For general enquiries, visit our Contact page.
